Steven Weinberg Swordfish in Khaki
The exclusive first release of this capsule will be available at our flagship store event on Thursday, May 7th. Any remaining units will be available in-store and online starting Friday, May 8th.
For this limited run, we worked with artist and author Steven Weinberg on a custom embroidered trout, pulled from the world of his new release, The Fly Fishing Book: An Artful Guide To Angling. Available in very limited quantities, each signed and numbered by Weinberg.

Quaker Marine Supplyâs founder and Coast Guard veteran, Joe Kadison, designed this hat with function in mind based on his own experiences on the water. Like many purpose-built items, it developed a singular personality along the way. To start, the bill is long. At 3 3/4â long, the Swordfishâs brim is 25% longer than your standard ball cap. Why? Because it actually offers sun protection when this long.
While most hats today are a standard 6-panel, this hat is constructed with 4 lateral panels to deliver a low profile that reduces windage. Like the original, it features four eyelets on each side panel that provide ventilation. It is made in sturdy canvas to perform and last and has a dark green underbrim to absorb reflected light.
Sometimes, when you have the courage to choose functionality over fashion, you wind up back at fashionâs doorstep. We hope you enjoy this hat as much as we do.
